Senior manager (business development)

Job Summary

The service of Senior Manager (Business Development) is needed in a Security company to manage the company’s daily operations professionally. His/Her actions and tasks MUST be profit profit-driven with the sole aim of client satisfaction. This must include managing the sales department effectively and increasing the clientele base of the company profitably. As a security company, the successful candidate should be ready to work 24/7 round clock to ensure effective and prompt service delivery at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4-10 years experience in a similar position in a frontline security company
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • BSc/BA in Business or relevant field from any reputable higher institution; MSc/MA is a plus
  • Professional qualifications in any field(s) will be an added advantage
  • International work experience would be an added advantage.
