Senior Maintenance Plumber

 Responsibilities:

• Daily routine checks of water pumps, hydrant pumps, water treatment plants, sprinklers, sewage treatment & swimming pool.
• Periodic maintenance /service of clogged drains, faucets, pipes, and control valves.
• Prompt response to all plumbing faults, diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies.
• Maintain run pumps & heaters; install, repair, and carry out general preventative procedures on all plumbing systems.
• Installation, repair, and maintenance of sanitary wares & features, unclog drainpipes and mend defective pipes.
• Carry out any other duty as requested by the Head of facilities.
• Periodic backwash of swimming pool, water treatment & sewage treatment; ensuring regular pool water quality, chlorine & PH balance.
• Respond to swimming pool-related work orders and repair non-functioning machinery or equipment and other maintenance tasks.
• Install, and examine the installed system for any leakages, repair, and carry out general preventative procedures on all plumbing systems.
• Diagnose faults, and repair and maintain swimming pools, water systems, filter systems, pumps, and mechanical equipment.
• Keep records of all plumbing maintenance and repair work conducted, including record supplied orders, and used kits.
• Work from different locations, when required.
• Perform ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time
• Identifying the right tools and procedures for every plumbing job.
• Good intuitive & detail to attention.
• Conversant with modern & various types of sanitary features.
• Ability to work under pressure & provide assistance in other departments.
• Communication and teamwork.

 Requirements:

• Min of NCE, OND Technical Vocational certificate
• Min of 5-7 years working experience as a maintenance Plumber.
