Senior Logistics Officer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine monitoring visits to health facilities supported by GHLI-L’s clients to provide technical support and capacity building for the staff of the facilities.
• Monitor and support the implementation of an effective inventory management system for commodities (including ARVs and Ol drugs, RTKs, Lab regiments, and consumables) at the health facilities.
• Follow up with facility focal person on timely generation and submission of bimonthly commodity utilization reports (CRRIRF) for drugs, laboratory, and community health commodities.
• Review/validate reports and communicate feedback to facilities where data are generated to ensure the improvement of the facility's performance.
• Work and collaborate with GHLI-L’s clients and other SCMS representatives to resolve health facility's supply chain gaps/needs.
• Compile and share monthly narrative reports on work accomplishments.
• Carry out and supervise receiving of stock from any of GHLI-L’s clients.
• Carry out and supervise long haul and long mile distribution.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of either an HND or BSC in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience performing logistics-related roles.
• Usage of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Interpersonal and good writing skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• The candidate must be a resident of Lagos.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
