Job Description/Requirements

Basic Job Description:

  • Assist the HRM in the processing of staff recruitment and placement
  • Perform staff documentation - both manual & electronically
  • Prepare all documentation and settings for staff appraisal
  • Implement staff disciplinary action as may be directed
  • Prepare staff monthly salaries
  • Attend and record minutes of minutes
  • Monitor and ensure the cleanliness of the office work environment
  • Supervise other junior staff of the department
  • Monitor and enforce staff attendance and punctuality across all company branches
  • Relate with branch offices to implement company policies and directives
  • Perform ad-hoc functions such as the panel of investigation, committee membership
  • Prepare and submit a monthly report of departmental activities
  • Represent and interface with third-party agencies as may be approved by the management
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements & Qualification:

  • HND/BA/BSC - English Language, Mass Comm., Sociology or other Social sciences.
  • Possession of CIPM will be an added advantage
  • 3 - 5 Years of post NYSC experience.
