Shellâs Conventional Oil and Gas (COG) business is a diverse portfolio, with oil and gas assets at all stages of the life-cycle, onshore and offshore, with varying degrees of operatorship, size, and complexity. Our assets stretch across 15 countries and include some of Shellâs longest-standing relationships (over 100 years in Malaysia, over 90 in Brunei and Iraq, over 80 in Nigeria, UAE and Oman). We continue building on this proud history with ongoing challenges such as late life assets, less opportunities, and the need to operate more nimbly with lower carbon.
Whatâs the Role?
Senior Materials and Corrosion Engineer
The Senior Materials and Corrosion Engineer is expected to perform specified tasks within design, operation, or maintenance of facilities/plant. Further accountabilities of the role include:
Materials Selection and Specification - Select, specify, or develop requirements for metallic materials and testing Specify manufacturing, joining, installation, repair, testing and refurbishment methods for metallic Materials. Degradation and Corrosion Control System Design and Management - Develop a corrosion and degradation management strategy, including requirements for implementation. Asset Integrity and Repair Assessments - Develop, Implement, Execute, Assess and Benchmark equipment integrity management systems. Investigation of Equipment Failures - Identify and analyze failure modes and relate them to operating conditions or equipment history.Senior Electrical Engineer
The Senior Electrical Engineer is required to support the delivery of all Electrical work scope at all phases in the âDOMGAS FYIP and Terminal Projectâ (DFTP). This role will be the Technical Authority responsible for the Front-End Engineering, Detailed Engineering design, Construction, Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning aspects of the Electrical scope of all DFT Projects.
Senior Process Engineer
The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality process engineering input for various Shell projects. The incumbent shall be a member of the process engineering discipline in the Shallow Offshore (DPT) project team. Further accountabilities of the role include:
Provide high quality - well thought out and documented - process engineering design deliverables. Meet process safety AIPSM requirements for Design & Construction. Interpret and apply design standards and Provide Process Engineering inputs in technical reviews and Management of Change to ensure technical integrity, efficiency, and safety of facilities.Senior Project Engineer
The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for the delivery of Shell east asset Portfolio projects in execute phase which include the Gbaran Produce water, Gbaran 16 disposal well project and Kolo creek Gas cap blow down project; managing define and execute phases for Pipeline Projects in the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) east asset Integrated Project in SPDC. Further accountabilities include:
Implement Define and Execute phase deliverables, including but not limited to: Project Controls and Assurance Plan, design drawings, Basic Design Engineering Package, bills of materials, design packs, cost estimates and schedules. Develop project execution plans and strategies. Communicate project progress to stakeholders.Senior Project Civil Engineer
This role Drive design and site activities for Land & Swamp locations preparation, sand filling/reclamation works, Roads, Bridges & other Civil Infrastructures by providing technical, HSSE and commercial direction (comprising, contract management, project planning, construction supervision, through project execution and handover to Asset Owners).
Senior Planning Engineer
Senior Planning Engineer is expected to contribute to the delivery and maintenance of standard, consistent and realistic project plans reflecting the assessed risk parameters for each project. Further responsibilities include:
Develop plans required for the management and engineering of assigned projects compliant with agreed business and technical objectives, within schedule and budget, whilst ensuring quality, safe installation, and operation as well as performance to agreed requirements. Evaluate and control project plans and perform schedule development, maintenance and monitoring of the planning/scheduling activities. Ensure competitive schedule deliveries via latest benchmarking internally within Shell and externally through IPA, Performance Forum, Woodman and other benchmarking tools and forums.What we need from you? Materials and Corrosion Engineer
Minimum of 5 yearsâ relevant experience. Minimum of bachelorâs degree in either materials or mechanical engineering. Must have experience within the oil and gas industry. Must be COREN certified. With strong expertise in materials selection and corrosion.Senior Electrical Engineer
Minimum of 8 years relevant electrical engineering experience, preferably in within the oil and gas industry. Minimum of bachelorâs degree in electrical engineering. Must be COREN certified.Senior Process Engineer
Minimum of 8 years relevant electrical engineering experience, preferably in within the oil and gas industry. Minimum of bachelorâs degree in chemical engineering. Must be COREN certified. Experience working with Sub-surface Disciplines in a collaborative environment, including the use of Integrated Production System Modelling Tool(s).Senior Project Engineer
Minimum of 5 years relevant electrical engineering experience, preferably in within the oil and gas industry. Minimum of bachelorâs degree in any engineering discipline. Must be COREN certified.Senior Project Civil Engineer
Minimum of 8 years of civil project management experience in construction, preferably in within the oil and gas industry. Minimum of bachelorâs degree in civil engineering. Must be COREN certified. Good leadership and communication / influencing skills; ability to motivate a large team in a complex environment.Senior Planning Engineer
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a project planning role within the oil and gas industry. Minimum of bachelorâs degree in any engineering discipline. Must be COREN certified.Scam Warning:
