We are looking for a resilient, empathic Senior Business Development Associate to contribute to the growth of our company and renewing/bringing new partnerships. and ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Job Description/Requirements

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

  • Remaining in tune with industry as well as consumer trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

  • Developing lead generation strategies and implementing them

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

  • Attending conferences, trainings, networking events and webinars¬†

  • Organizing conferences, trainings, networking events and webinars¬†

  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects

  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

  • Other duties as they may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Employee.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Strategy or similar.

  • Over 5 years of Sales and Business Development experience.¬†

  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

  • Professional yet affable disposition.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
