Role & Responsibilities:
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Remaining in tune with industry as well as consumer trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Developing lead generation strategies and implementing them
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, trainings, networking events and webinars
Organizing conferences, trainings, networking events and webinars
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Other duties as they may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Employee.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Strategy or similar.
Over 5 years of Sales and Business Development experience.
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
Professional yet affable disposition.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
