Job Description


  • Manage databases for current, former, and potential clients to receive newsletters, announcements, client surveys, and other promotional activities. 
  • Implementation of BD initiatives and projects in line 

  • Manage and direct all public relations of a law firm. Public relations include more than just advertising and promotions. It also includes recommending community involvement and charitable contributions and sponsorships of firm's members and employees, as well as identification of professional development opportunities for attorneys and personnel and ensuring proper client relations and services. Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns

  • Prepare regular sales forecasting reports

  • Drafting and reporting on the BD plan; creating the budget for and then
    management of BD costs for the group; and ultimately providing input on the strategic
    business plan for the group. Should have the ability to assess new projects against the
    impact of cost and profit, and adapt business plans in response to changing market

  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities

Requirements

• Marketing and business development professionals with 4 years’ plus experience within a commercial sector
• Experience within a legal background would be advantageous but is not essential
• Knowledge of business development and marketing strategies is required
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• A team player, you will also work well using your own initiative
