Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of engagement and becoming their trusted advisor for all product needs.
- Drive customer retention and expansion by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing product usage within existing accounts.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure alignment and seamless service delivery for clients.
- Serve as a product expert and provide clients with tailored solutions, leveraging the full functionality of the products to meet their business goals.
- Work with clients to understand their evolving needs and create tailored account strategies, including success plans and future product roadmaps.
- Provide regular performance reports and data-driven insights to clients, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products to existing clients.
- Provide regular account health and performance reports to management, as well as forecasts for renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities.
- Actas the point of escalation for any client concerns, issues, or dissatisfaction, managing the resolution process and maintaining positive relationships.
- Mentor and guide junior account managers, providing support, feedback, and direction.
- The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing our existing accounts while also identifying new opportunities for growth in the commercial banking sector with C-level engagement.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in account management, B2B sales, specifically within the banking and fintech sectors.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in commercial banking.
- Strong understanding of the financial industry, including knowledge of products and services relevant to our business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
