Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned tasks such as material handling, basic assembly, operating tools, or machinery
- Assist skilled workers and follow their guidance to complete projects efficiently.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate hand tools and equipment, as needed, following all operational and safety protocols.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform minor maintenance or repair tasks, as instructed.
- Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure that work is completed according to quality standards and project specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role or industry.
- Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and tasks relevant to the role.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
