Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and supervising all security duties, including the recording and documentation of security activities.
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Train and mentor security staff, ensuring they are well-prepared for their duties.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of security personnel, providing feedback and guidance.
Requirements:
- The candidate must be able to read and write effectively, ensuring accurate and clear records.
- Be highly attentive to detail, ensuring all security protocols are strictly followed.
- Work well under pressure, maintaining composure and effectiveness in challenging situations.
- Possess excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting to management.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 110,000
