Job Summary
Securemedy Nigeria Limited has established a Remote Command Center Program to provide real-time mission support to our overseas security operations. The Command Center will be staffed with a trained and qualified Security Dispatcher supporting all field operations within our multi-state operating region. This is a full-time position that requires the job holder to work between 40 to 48 hours per week, with the requirement of a flexible work schedule including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (fixed days) and two (2) rotating days between Monday through Thursday.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
The Security Dispatcher will support the Remote Command Center Program in the following areas:
- Performing daily post inspections and communications checks of on-duty security personnel
- Completing Dispatcher Activity Report to record real-time dispatcher duties
- Completing Dispatcher Incident Report to record serious occurrences during tour of duty
- Escalating real-time notifications of critical events to persons in leadership roles
- Real-Time monitoring of on-duty security guard activity through Lighthouse.io
- Real-Time monitoring of roving security patrol vehicles through Linx Up
- Real-Time monitoring of interior and exterior of on-duty patrol vehicles through Owl Cam
- Note: Comprehensive training and guidelines to be provided for the performance of duties
Requirements:
The Security Dispatcher must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Must be willing to commit to a consistent work schedule
- Must possess superior interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be extremely organized and have ability to multi-task
- Must possess exceptional verbal and written communicate skills in the English language
- Must be proficient with the use of MS Office and various IT platforms
- Must possess a functional computer device such as a desktop, laptop or tablet
- Must possess a reliable and recent model communications device (smartphone)
- Must have access to consistent and reliable source of power supply
- Must have access to consistent and reliable internet connectivity
- Must be able to work under fast-paced conditions while maintaining attention to detail
- Note: Previous experience as a Supervisor and/or Dispatcher is highly desirable, but not mandatory
Remuneration: NGN 100,000/ NGN 15,000 stipend (per month)
Work Schedule: 5:00 am to 1:00 pm (Nigerian Time)
Note: This is a 100% remote position
