Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Attend to visitors and direct them to the proper departments or individuals
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Write emails, memos, and letters
- Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
- Manage database entry and client files
- Order and maintain supplies
- Document financial information
- Organize and distribute messages
- Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
- Maintain confidential department files/records
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with presentations and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experienced in secretariate and administrative duties
- Ability to multi-task and work longer hours when necessary
- The candidate should be able to handle complex office secretarial duties.
- Competent in computer usage, especially in Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Punctuality at work is highly required.
- Have good spoken skills and human management capability.
- Calm temperament in the workspace.
- Willingness to learn and accept corrective measures.
Remuneration: NGN 75,000 and above.
