We are a medium-sized professional real estate firm located around Marina, Lagos Island. We are seeking to employ a young, smart, and organized candidate to fill this position.
- Minimum Qualification:Diploma
- Experience Level:Entry level
- Experience Length:1 year
- The successful candidate will be responsible for our front desk as well as secretarial duties including:
- Typing of letters and professional reports
- Basic office Admin duties
- Liaison with the Managing Partner and the rest of the Team.
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate.
- Minimum academic qualification of a Degree or Diploma in secretarial or admin-related work
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, printers, scanners, filing, record keeping, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Flexibility and patience are considered important for the role.
Remuneration: NGN 75,000 - 150,000
