Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general assistance to management
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports related to sales performance and market trends.
  • Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and client communication.
  • Create and update marketing materials, presentations, and sales documents.
  • Perform regular data entry tasks to ensure records are current and organized.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office tasks.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, or conferences related to marketing and sales.
  • Use social media platforms to assist in promoting services and products.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data entry tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools (e.g., social media, email marketing).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Access to a laptop, mobile phone, and a reliable internet connection for remote work.:
