  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide administrative support to the Principal Partner
  • To function as a receptionist
  • Take dictations
  • Prepare letters
  • Take minutes of meetings
  • Handling Incoming correspondence
  • Handling telephone calls, taking messages
  • Typing and preparation of reports
  • Monitoring and handling office emails
  • Conduct research for Principal Partner

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Must have a Diploma in Secretarial studies or any equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in use of MS Office Suite
  • Pleasant personality
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proven ability to type at least 60 words per minute
  • Good typing and letter writing skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of filing systems would be an added advantage
