Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering career guidance sessions in schools
- Coordinate mentorship programs linking students with professionals
- Help organize skills development workshops and training
- Support monitoring of program participation and outcomes
- Engage with teachers, parents, and community leaders
Requirements:
- Must be female and currently living in Abuja
- Background in education, counseling, or youth development
- Experience working with students or young adults
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to relate to diverse youth populations
