Job Summary

We’re calling for smart, driven, and coachable School Onboarding & Growth Representatives to help introduce our Revolutionary ePayment Solution to 10,000 schools across Nigeria starting with Lagos.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : No Experience
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct direct engagements and presentations with school owners, administrators, and finance teams to introduce our ePayment solution.
  • Attend and represent SMASCS Technologies at school association meetings, exhibitions, and district gatherings.
  • Support new schools during their onboarding phase, ensuring proper understanding and smooth adoption of the system.
  • Work closely with school accountants to configure fee structures, monitor test transactions, and guide them through first-time reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain strong follow-up pipelines to convert interested schools into active paying users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical or operational issues faced by partner schools.
  • Collect testimonials and case studies from satisfied clients to reinforce trust for future prospects.
  • Consistently meet assigned onboarding and growth targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills must be able to confidently engage school directors, proprietors, and administrators.
  • Highly organized with the ability to follow up with multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with attention to both financial and technology details.
  • Willingness to travel locally for on-site school meetings, presentations, and onboarding sessions.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms, school management solutions, and payment systems (training will be provided).
  • A natural ability to inspire trust and educate school decision-makers on the long-term value of our solution.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined to operate independently while being part of a growing national movement.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, fintech, or sales is a strong advantage but not mandatory
