Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Promote the company’s products/services to existing and potential customers through marketing and sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs. and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or marketing roles (1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
