Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
• Identify, target, and convert new leads into students for Candlekapital Academy programs.
• Develop and execute strategies for business growth and revenue generation.
• Build and maintain partnerships with brokers, financial institutions, and forex communities.
• Identify opportunities for mentorship programs, private sessions, and forex trading events.
• Sales:
• Engage in proactive outbound sales to attract students to our Beginners, Intermediate, and Masters forex programs.
• Drive student enrollment through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
• Ensure a deep understanding of all Candlekapital Academy offerings, including course fees and available mentorship programs.
• Relationship Management:
• Manage client relationships by providing exceptional support and ensuring student satisfaction throughout their learning journey.
• Act as the primary contact for prospective students, answering queries and providing guidance on program selection.
• Foster long-term partnerships with students by promoting continued learning and profitability.
• Market Research & Reporting:
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and the forex trading ecosystem.
• Provide weekly reports on business development activities, sales performance, and potential areas for growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of forex trading or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and take ownership of key business areas.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in forex or financial education is a plus.
