Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Carryout full circle sales from planning, probing, following up, and closing sales from both corporate clients and individuals and ensuring premium customer service is offered to customers
- Receive walk-in customers and attend to their inquiries or complaints
- Manage incoming calls and Whatsapp messages from our customer service phone line, ensure to give call back to callers that called at odd hours and respond to pending messages.
- Cold calling and appointment setting for business meetings and consultation
- Joining business groups on Facebook and Instagram to target ideal prospects, private chatting, and sending out follow up messages
- Sort for B2B leads and corporate deals using Linkedin Sales Navigator, send proposals to prospects and follow up on proposals till sales are closed out.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments quickly via email, phone, live chat application, WhatsApp, social media platforms such as Facebook, etc, follow up with new prospects and existing customers to close out sales
- Convert walk-in prospects to customers and retain old customers
- Familiarize yourself with our products and services available for customers in order to explain in detail to customers and answer customer’s inquiries and provide accurate, valid, and complete information
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
- Receive customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and file documents to account for overall customer satisfaction
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Act as the company gatekeeper and image-maker, maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
- Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider business deal cancellation
- Regularly inform customers of current deals, promotions upcoming training programs through calls, email, bulk SMS, and social media platform.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND or its equivalent in Business, Marketing or any other discipline.
- Proven experience as a sales and customer support personnel
- Certificates in HSE, Customer Care Service, Sales, Marketing shall be an advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skill
- Knowledge of lead generation and closing of deals
- Organizational skills, time management, prioritizing, and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload Professional, enthusiastic attitude, team player
- Confidentiality and trustworthy
- Proficient in the use of computer
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
