Job Description



  • As a Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing sales strategies to meet business goals.

  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
  • Lead sales initiatives, including lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement, to increase market penetration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive intelligence to adjust strategies accordingly.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales strategy development or sales management, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful sales strategies that achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
