Sales Specialist

Job Summary

We are a software company and we provide workforce management solutions for usage across different industries such as retail, education, construction services, manufacturing services, oil and gas, and more. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Specialist to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers, and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing potential new customers.
  • Maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
  • Traveling to the customer's office to discuss our software products
  • Demonstrating our software to potential customers
  • Generating purchase orders and sales receipts.
  • Meeting sales targets.

Core Skills:

  • HND or BSc in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Sales Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of IT.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets according to agreed timelines.
  • Ability to prepare and execute sales action plans and strategies.
  • Must be able to think independently, know the product, and be good with closing sales.
  • Ability to travel
