Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly to maximize satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve company objectives.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions.
