Responsibilities:
- Engaging with clients in retail or wholesale environments, showcasing our latest collections, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable products or services.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing sales materials, managing customer information, and tracking sales activities.
- Knowledge of our collections, including fabrics, designs, and trends, to effectively communicate their value to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging fashion trends to better understand the market and customer preferences.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-up communications, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Requirements:
- 1 year of sales experience
- Minimum of OND
