Job Summary
We are looking to hire a result-driven salesperson to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by carrying out direct prospecting and sales conversion and supporting sales representatives.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Scanning the business environment for opportunities for potential consumers and target market for our products and services, sourcing prospects, and converting them to clients.
- Ensuring we are getting the most market share from all our clients, by growing and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Achieving sales targets.
- Monitoring and ensuring our clients are getting the best quality service from the Operations unit.
- Supporting sales representatives for increased productivity in their activities.
- Creating and maintaining quality prospects and client database, as well as ensuring a good physical filling record is set up and maintained for each client and sales activities.
- Creating weekly reports and analyses.
- Creating awareness and pushing marketing activities of the companies products on all available platforms
- Maintaining knowledge of socio-economic, legal, regulatory, and policy issues that affects our company, our Industry, sector, and the general business environment.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of working experience as a Sales person in a reputable Integrated Logistics Services provider or a Freight and Supply Chain Company.
- Academic qualification of either an OND, HND or Bachelors Degree from a recognized high Institution
- Hands-on experience with FMCG (seasonings or spices)
- Excellent communication, sales, business development, and customer relations skill
- Good administrative, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A good team player with the ability to multitask, and the ability to lead a team.
- ICT Literacy - Internet use, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Digital Sales knowledge.
- Good written and oral English level.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
