Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Sales Reporting:
- Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress toward targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records and manage sales activities.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products or services and their benefits.
- Provide accurate product information and demonstrate how products meet client needs.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Minimum of HNDĀ
