Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, develops and initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company
Recognize the needs of the client and proffer solutions based on the capabilities of the Software
Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
Provide After sales technical support
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
Train the Clients on how to use the software
Stay abreast of market trends
Help Clients maximize the use of the software features
Work with the Business development Manager to prepare action plans.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
2+ years of experience in sales (experience in selling software is an added advantage)
Knowledge of any ERP solution (ERPNext will be an added advantage)
Good Computer skills (owning a laptop is an added advantage)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Outgoing and energetic
Proven ability to learn fast
Proven ability to interact with and persuade decision makers at all levels.
Excellent time management skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Must have full use of the body and senses to be able to safely negotiate job site visits.
