Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral)
- Responsible for the profitability of the territory assigned
- Strategize and create innovative ways to generate income for region assigned
- Responsible for initiating calls to prospective and current clients in his territory
- Nurture new sales leads and secure business
- Responsible for E-commerce deliveries and developing potential to achieve operational goals and customer satisfaction within the region
- Ensures sales target is met monthly/Annually
- Must be functional in the team’s weekly performance appraisal to identify challenges and how to resolve
- Drive the sales target to be able to achieve the overall company goal
- Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
- Promote the company’s brand visibility to customer
- Full knowledge of products and services offered by the company
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
- Work with Operations and other units to ensure prompt delivery that will exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or any other related field
- 2+ years experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or relevant
- Experience in Google Analytics and comfortable with other analytics tools
- Project management skills with the ability to work independently and cross-collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to compile and present cohesive reports with clear action items and insights
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good knowledge of freight/cargo
