Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc degree
• Great customer service skills 
• 1 - 3 years experience in a Sales position
• Industry experience (interior sales)is an added advantage 
• Excellent grasp of the English language
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Understanding of target audience and how to reach them.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates must have great communication skills, preferably extroverts.
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
• Confident and outgoing personality with a high energy level
• Experience in generating and executing ideas
• Understanding of Lagos business environment
• Experience in selling to both retail and corporate customers
• A creative and analytical mind
• Commitment to meeting Sales targets
• Ability to conduct detailed Sales planning.

Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 100,000
