Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc degree
- Great customer service skills
- 1 - 3 years experience in a Sales position
- Industry experience (interior sales)is an added advantage
- Excellent grasp of the English language
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Understanding of target audience and how to reach them.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates must have great communication skills, preferably extroverts.
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
- Confident and outgoing personality with a high energy level
- Experience in generating and executing ideas
- Understanding of Lagos business environment
- Experience in selling to both retail and corporate customers
- A creative and analytical mind
- Commitment to meeting Sales targets
- Ability to conduct detailed Sales planning.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 100,000
