Job Summary

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule aimed at creating repeat from existing customers and securing new customers. Fill sales pipeline with potential sales wit at least 15 companies in sales pipeline monthly.

Job Description/Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify business growth opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and develops new markets/customers in accordance with assigned targets.
  • Participates in the definition of overall growth strategy within the industry.
  • Manage sales volume expansion
  • Develops, manages, and maintains relationships with customers.
  • Monitors customer expectations to ensure that quality & delivery of solutions meet them
  • Monitors and collects receivables from customers
  • Measures and monitors overall customer satisfaction
  • Works with creative designers during proposal development to ensure that customer needs are appropriately captured.
  • Develops and updates business case for potential customers (with input from design teams)
