Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and market our products and services to prospective customers (dispatch companies and riders).
• Identify sales opportunities and close deals.
  
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with new and existing clients.
  
• Occasionally reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our service(s).
  
• Expedite the resolution of client complaints.
  
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the required schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with other team members and other departments of the organization.
• Analyze the territory/market potential, and track sales, and status reports.
  
• Supply management with monthly progress reports in order to keep track of set goals, as well as reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Special attention should be paid to recurring client issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of an HND certificate.
  
• Candidate should have a proven track record in sales.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication to enable them to connect well with customers.
• Strong persuasive skills to convince prospective customers and help them see why they need our services.
• Adequate knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Goal-oriented team player and warm personality.
