Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and outreach.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products and services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions that address their IT challenges.
- Assist in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support various sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and connect with diverse individuals.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services, with a willingness to learn more.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
