Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Makurdi, offering the flexibility of occasional remote work. As Sales Officer, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your role will include conducting channel sales activities, meeting sales targets, and maintaining open communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Salary: 92k-121k with a competitive commission.
Note: we need a Sales Officer who have disbursed loan before or have sales experience in any financial institution with evidence on sales of financial products.
Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for efficient client interactions and relationship management
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify new opportunities and drive business growth
• Experience with Channel Sales for building and maintaining partnerships to expand market reach
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with proven problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in finance or technology industries is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
