Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and develop customized solutions
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in a related field (electrical services, security, or safety)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 150,000 (subject to experience).
