Sales Lead & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Our client a leading player in the E-commerce industry is looking to hire an energetic and goal-driven person to fill this position.

  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Driver of the Corporate sales team.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Sales agents work remotely, however, every first and last Friday of the month will be for general reviews by 9:00am
  • If the sales agents meet targets consistently, the agent will be confirmed as a full staff after 6 months.

Requirements:

  • A minimum academic qualification of an OND or SSCE in business administration or related field
  • At least 1-3 year Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in the English Language
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
