Roots Snacks is healthy snack food brand under Roots Food Processing LTD. We are looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, and eager-to-learn Intern to join our sales and Marketing team. This is a competitive training position which will allow the candidate to develop the necessary skills required for the role, gain certification

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Managing existing client relationships
- Brainstorming and implementing Marketing ideas
- Monitoring and assessing pre-implemented ideas to track the progress and effectiveness/ results and how to improve - presented at monthly meetings
- Assigned regions and countries to generate sales and leads
- Sourcing New business Clients and Finding B-2-B events and complimentary brands for the business to collaborate with.
- Meeting with set monthly targets.
Requirements:
- This internship position requires a motivated individual with an eagerness to develop within the role.
- The ideal candidate will have a background in Mass Communication or Marketing (Not essential), and basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Google Apps, Emails, Trello, MailChimp)
- Experience in Marketing and social media ( Instagram, Facebook, radio, google, SEO, Copywriting).
- Accounting and bookkeeping will be favored but not essential
- Hands-on and online certification training will be offered to the candidate to strengthen their skills.
