We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generating new business leads
- Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to determine their requirements
- Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
- Meeting or exceeding all performance goals
- Establish and build a database of active clients and business accounts via prospecting, networking and referrals.
Requirements:
- Either a B.Sc or Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Have experience with the sales of Old layers, POLs, Poultry manure, and other agricultural products
- Experience in the FCMG industry
- Charismatic and confident personality as well as an exceptional work ethic
- Entrepreneurial spirit to manage your own book of business.
- Aggressiveness, persistence, resiliency, and commitment to providing the best customer service.
- Ability to establish rapport and build credibility via excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable effective team management experience.
- Be able to work in Lagos and Ogun state.
Remuneration:NGN 200,000 - 250,000 (Monthly gross)
