Job Summary

We seek a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth. With sales experience (preferably in real estate), strong leadership, recruitment, and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets, you'll manage, recruit, and inspire success.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Showcase your sales expertise to drive real estate success. 
  • Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team. 
  • Make a lasting impact in the booming real estate sector.
  • Market and promote our property portfolio to prospective clients.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing top-notch customer service.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Participate in property inspections and site visits to close deals.


Requirements:

  • Academic qualification of either B.Sc, HND & OND.
  • Minimum of 3 years or more proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role.
  • Demonstrate proven track record of achieving sales target and business growth
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication and team-building skills.
  • Must possess strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and recruitment skills
  • Must be confident and smart.
  • Must reside in Lekki/Ajah environs.


Benefits:

  • 12% commission on sales
  • 10% commission on team members sales
  • HMO.


Remuneration: NGN 100,000 Monthly
