We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to manage the sales specialists and meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales specialists
- Oversee sales team performance
- Monitor sales team KPIs and help to achieve goals
- Coach, support and mentor members of the sales team
- Monitor monthly and quarterly targets and create initiatives to ensure they are met
- Develop strategies to boost sales team performance
- Teach sales team tactics to generate leads and close clients
- Render support to any member of the sales team who is placed on a performance improvement plan program to improve and achieve a top performer status
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
- Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they are using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Any other duties as assigned or required by the company or the group.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven real estate sales experience
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Superb leadership ability
- Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
- Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to work well in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, either independently or with a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g. Odoo, Salesforce), and other sales application programs.
