Job Summary

A reputable water purification solutions company in Lagos looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justify those plans to the upper management as well as meeting individual sales targets. The ideal candidate should be able to manage a team, be confident selling water purifications solutions and lives on the island in Lagos state.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

  • Driver acquisition of more market share for the company

  • Formulate and implement strategies to increase brand awareness for the company

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its a strong presence

  • Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule


Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years managerial and sales officer working experience

  • Minimum of B.Sc/HND from a reputable tertiary institution 

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative and sales 

  • Excellent knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office tools

  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills


Remuneration

  • 200,000 per month


Age Preference

  • Not below the age of 30 years old and not above the age of 40 years old
