Job Description/Requirements


  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to established rules Terms & Conditions and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
  • The Sales Manager is responsible for support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, pricing, reporting, target setting and management, competitor analysis, sales process optimization, sales job design and training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs


  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • HND/BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
  • Salary ranges between N150,000  + Sales Commissions, bonuses and allowances.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills required
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, CRM etc., and the ability to use various software programs.
  • Effective verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ensure the achievement of set commercial KPIs from an operational standpoint.
  • Drive the recruitment of Project Entrepreneurs Pan-Nigeria.
  • Develop reporting and KPI
  • Tracking templates for the Field Sales teams
  • Support the development of sales and operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans.
  • Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and system enhancements and best practice sharing
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Good knowledge of economics and how it influences sales.
