Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis to inform strategy and client recommendations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, client engagement, and deal closures.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Train, mentor, and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company and generate leads.
- Prepare detailed sales and performance reports for the CEO, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide expert advisory services to clients, leveraging strong market knowledge and data analysis.
- Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate deals with confidence and integrity.
- Ensure all transactions and client interactions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in commercial properties.
- Independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and market research skills.
- Audacious, confident, and persistent in achieving ambitious goals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar tools.
- Proven team management and leadership abilities.
