Job Summary

FarmWay Agrotec Nigeria, based in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, provides innovative crop protection products, application equipment (knapsack sprayers), light machinery, seeds, fertilizers, and other agro-input to Nigerian farmers. The company is currently expanding into the green and sustainable energy sector with the introduction of EV motorcycles, fuel-operated motorcycles, solar sprayers, rechargeable solar-electric fans, sewing machines, water pumps, generators, and other home and lifestyle appliances. Due to our business expansion, ambitious and brilliant associates are required to join us in growing the business and their careers. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at FarmWay Agrotec Ltd in Ibadan, Oyo State.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales activities in Ibadan & Lagos Sales Territory
  • Developing sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Achieving sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • 3-5 years experience managing Sales Teams and Customers in one or more of the following industries is an added advantage: FMCG, Crop Protection Products, Home Appliances, and Motorcycles.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in the agriculture industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture or a related field
