Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, catering, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that boost sales.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Represent Toasties at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure sales activities align with the brand’s customer service standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
