- B.A / B.Sc. or it's equivalent
- Proven experience with at least 2 years in Real Estate sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiating and communication skills.
- Ability to meet target deadlines and effectively manage time.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Highly motivated and target driven individual with a proven sales track record.
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Establish and develop new customers and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through follow up calls, emails or messages.
- Achieve sales target set and within the agreed period.
- Sell products to both existing and new customers.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Work together with others on the sales team.
