Job Summary
A Real Estate Development Company is urgently in need of a confident, passionate, and self-motivated young professional for immediate employment as Sales Manager to supervise a team of seasoned Sales Executives in planning and carrying out direct marketing and sales of company products and services, organize and carry out market storming activities and oversee ALL aspects of any campaign throughout the entire life span of a product, service or idea so as to build clientele base, meet sales targets, maintain and manage the client relationship. The Sales Manager will be required to mentor and manage his team effectively to enhance sales, he will also be required to manage his time and duties and give periodic reports on marketing efforts and the performance of his team.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- To mentor and manage his sales team effectively carry out the following;
- Ensure new sales are made as per the given monthly, quarterly and yearly target
- Generate new leads for all company’s products and services
- Ensure that his team members constantly engage the leads generated regularly
- Ensure that his team members are able to convert the leads to loyal customers
- Organize and accompany prospects and/or existing clients’ on-site inspections where necessary
- Ensure proper management of client’s Business and relationship with company
- Carry out all other sales team and individual activities/duties as may be necessary to achieve and surpass set sales targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of B.Sc./HND in marketing or any related field
- Proven experience in Sales of Real Estate is an added advantage
- At least 5 years post NYSC experience in Marketing & Sales with a proven record of business development in a real estate establishment
- Interpersonal and people skills
- Excellent Presentation skills and Communication skills (both written and speaking)
- Time management skills
- People Management skills
- Record history of meeting and surpassing set targets
- The ability to drive with a valid driver’s license is also an added advantage
Remuneration:
- NGN 200,000 - 250,000/Negotiable (depending on experience)
- Variable commission based on achievement of targets.
