1. Will be responsible for developing, measuring and tracking the relevant sales metrics and recruiting and working with the sales and digital marketing teams to achieve sales growth.
2. Will be responsible for recruiting, training customer success officers to ensure that customers are receiving the best experience from using the company's products.
3. Will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customer groups at the most senior levels across the region, nationally and at provincial levels.
4. Shall be responsible for planning, executing, measuring, tracking and driving 10x growth in Sales Value, Volume, Transactions, Signups and overall Sales Operations for the Company’s products across Nigeria and potentially in West Africa.
5. Candidates shall be responsible for managing of sales and the drive growth of company’s
product in retail pharmacy within assigned locations.
