Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively source and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold calls, and marketing initiatives.
- Promote the company’s loan products (personal loans, business loans, mortgages, etc.) to meet sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, car dealers, and other referral sources.
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Conduct client interviews to understand financing needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Provide clear, accurate information on loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and fees.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the loan application process to build trust and loyalty.
Loan Processing & Credit Assessment
- Collect and verify necessary client documents (ID, income proof, business records, collateral, etc.).
- Conduct preliminary creditworthiness assessments before submitting to credit/underwriting teams.
- Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Adhere strictly to company policies, lending procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor the loan portfolio to identify potential risks and follow up with clients on repayments.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
Performance & Reporting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and loan disbursement targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, financial services, or banking (loan sales experience is an advantage).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of loan products, credit evaluation, and financial documentation.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
