Job Summary

We seek an experienced Senior Investment Advisor to provide high-net-worth clients with expert investment guidance, drive sales growth, and expand our organization's market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate investment sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the Nigerian market.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored investment strategies for high-net-worth clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, expanding our client base and revenue growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring retention and referral business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative marketing campaigns and product offerings.
  • Provide expert market analysis, trend insights, and investment recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct presentations, workshops, and seminars to promote our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, industry trends, and competitor activity.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate investment sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian real estate market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and industry-specific software.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are highly valued.


Additional Skills:

  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, CBN).
  • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba).

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - NGN 500,000 Net plus 8% commission
