The role holder will be responsible for development and execution of sales and pricing strategies primarily for our key value items (KVIs) and key value categories (KVCs) to deliver value to customers and increase company’s revenues to meet the company’s ambitious strategic goals within agreed budget and timelines.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Direct sales growth for assigned categories or items exceeding sales goals in revenues and market leadership
- Work in collaboration with the Commercial Manager and Pricing team to develop an effective product value proposition, pricing strategies, and sourcing strategies for the selected products to maximize profitability.
- Create sales strategies and execute the tactics needed to drive additional benefits to customers that result in meeting revenue targets
- Manage relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the promotion and sales of assigned categories and products to the public
- Secure the best deals available for the selected products from the manufacturers
- Drive continuous optimization and improvement of offerings by tracking and monitoring product category performance, analyzing and reporting relevant data, identifying areas of opportunity, and securing buy-in from key partner teams to further pursue.
- Review and adjust inventory levels to maintain product availability
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 8 years’ work experience and demonstrated success as a sales manager and/or commercial manager in a fast-moving consumer goods industry and/or modern retail chain is required.
- The candidate must also have successful experience in driving sales and exceeding sales targets
- Experience with pricing strategy
